Quattro Aquatic Fitness offers Vertical Water Training Sessions, using the Charlene Kopansky Method, to strengthen muscles and core with little or no impact on the joints. Whether training for an event or planning to change body composition, exercising in the water is effective and gaining popularity.
NB: The exercises are mainly done in Vertical position, focusing on posture throughout the sessions.
